Bodywork + Acupuncture
These sessions blend intuitive bodywork with the ancient wisdom of acupuncture. We address both what hurts and what holds: your physical tension, your deeper patterns, and the places your body has been whispering for attention. Each session is paced to your system.
- 90-minute session: $225
- Package of five: $210 per session · $1,050 total
- Package of ten: $200 per session · $2,000 total
Acupuncture
A focused acupuncture session grounded in the whole-person wisdom of Chinese Medicine.
- 60-minute session: $95
Labor Induction Acupuncture
A gentle, effective treatment to support your body’s readiness for labor. We use acupuncture points traditionally reserved for birth to help prepare for a safe and smooth delivery, honoring both mother and baby.
- 60-minute session: $85
- May require multiple daily sessions, from one to seven sessions.
Resonance Repatterning
Your life is shaped by what you unconsciously resonate with: stories, beliefs, and patterns you may not even be aware of. Resonance Repatterning helps shift that resonance at its root, gently realigning your system toward coherence and change that holds.

This is not traditional coaching. It is an invitation. We hold space together for the real questions: What is working? What is weighing you down? What could your days feel like if they were rooted in truth rather than survival?

No fad diets or fear, just clarity. Together we identify what your body needs to feel more alive, beginning with digestion, energy, and inflammation and moving outward from there.

Packages are paid in full, do not expire, and cannot be shared or applied as gift certificates. Gift certificates are available and expire one year after purchase.
Payment is accepted by cash, check, or Venmo on the day of your appointment. Discounts for teachers and students remain available. Sliding-scale support is also available for those navigating financial strain. Please ask.
