Regular sessions are 90 minutes. Alighta receives clients Monday through Saturday at three intentional times, with a full hour between sessions to reset and prepare.

Cancellation policy
Appointment times are reserved especially for you. Missed appointments without cancellation are charged at the full scheduled session rate. Cancellations made less than 24 hours before the appointment are charged at half the scheduled session rate.
